The material that appears on QUICK AUCTION is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing vehicles and/or related services that you have read about on QUICK AUCTION, you should confirm any information (including the price, specification’s) that is important to your purchasing decision. QUICK AUCTION is not responsible nor makes any warranty, express or implied, or endorsement regarding any vehicle(s) being posted for sale on QUICK AUCTION or as to any of the related services that are being offered through this site. We are also not responsible for any losses that you may incur while using our site.
iii. RIGHT TO DENY USE
QUICK AUCTION reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses this website in a manner that the operators of QUICK AUCTION deem inappropriate.
iv. "AS-IS" AND "WHERE-IS" POLICY
QUICK AUCTION reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to delete, move, or edit any listings or postings on our website. You understand and agree that the Services and the vehicles are provided "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS", and that QUICK AUCTION assumes no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles, specifications provided by the seller, timeliness and/or related services.

QUICK AUCTION is the leading online re-marketer of vehicles. In 2018, QUICK AUCTION branched out its resources to the Middle East, with the first headquarters set up in Ajman. UAE. QUICK AUCTION is an online and live automotive auction company that provides auction services to automobile dealers, personal vehicle owner’s, manufacturer’s, banks, insurer’s, leasing companies, police, government, taxi and limousine companies, rent a car companies, exporter’s, importer’s and shipper’s along with various other automotive service and automotive industry professional’s. vehicles All vehicles sold through QUICK AUCTIONare the property of the third parties while QUICK AUCTION only acts as the medium to provide its auction service’s.
As a registered member of QUICK AUCTION, we can assist you with:
Gaining access privileges at our major automotive auctions for clean and salvage vehicles
Selling your vehicle(s) through our unique 5 different types of sale methods
Arranging for the ground and ocean transportation of your vehicle(s)
Handling all the documentation involved in your purchase
Securing all titles to your purchased vehicle(s)
Preparing all port documentations, clearance, procedures including freight-forwarding your vehicle and custom clearance for exit port
Facilitating optional shipping insurance
Providing Evaluation documents for your vehicle(s) for finance
You understand and acknowledge that QUICK AUCTION does not control the price and any other information provided by the seller’s regarding the vehicle’s listed for live + online auction, direct sale,buy now price, closed auction, display sale, specification’s and any other general information about the vehicle’s listed are strictly within the control of the seller.
You further understand and agree that QUICK AUCTION as a neutral facilitator in this process cannot and does not guarantee the truth and accuracy of the information regarding the vehicle(s) provided by the seller(s), nor does QUICK AUCTION guaranteethe condition and/or quality of the vehicle’s listed for sale through any of our sale method.
ALL VEHICLE’S SOLD "AS-IS" AND "WHERE-IS".
You understand and acknowledge that all vehicles sold by court (confiscated vehicle’s) cannot be registered within UAE or exported outside of UAE.
3. MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
To obtain access to many of the features offered by QUICK AUCTION, you will have to register with QUICK AUCTION. QUICK AUCTION requires Buyers and Sellers to register if they wish to use any of the services provided by QUICK AUCTION. Only Buyers that have deposited a minimum amount of at least 3000AED or more can place bids on any vehicle’s that arelisted for live, online or closed auction. In consideration of your use of the Service you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registering
Provide authentication/verification of identity by providing a copy of government issued documents such as a valid passport or a national ID card
Maintain and promptly update the registration information to ensure that it is always true, accurate, current and complete
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete,QUICK AUCTION has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, QUICK AUCTION has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any or all current or future use of the Service’s (or any portion thereof).
Registered members have access to such features as upcoming schedules of auctions, detailed information related to auction inventories, and can participate in online and live bidding. You additionally understand that there are particular features and/or services provided through QUICK AUCTION that may have their own auction/purchase policies and/or terms of services; by using these features/services you agree to be bound by their respective terms.
Members agree and acknowledge that an existing member can change or updatehis or her email address, name, password, passport copy, id card copy,primary mobile number, land line number or trade license copyhim or herself once it has been inputted into the QUICK AUCTION's System through their profile setting. Once requested for change, QUICK AUCTION shall review and update them accordingly. To make any formal requests please email our administration at info@quickauction.ae for any changes.
Membership at QUICK AUCTION is only open to individuals 18 years of age and older. Nevertheless, QUICK AUCTION reserves the right to deny membership privileges to any individual, in its sole and absolute discretion.
1. DEALER AND SELLER ACCOUNTS
You will receive a user id number via email, upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password generated manually by you upon registration and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify QUICK AUCTION of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. QUICK AUCTION cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
2. FEES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERIES
You agree to pay all customary Auction fees and charges for services rendered in connection with the purchase and sale of vehicles; including without limitation, buyer fees, sale fees, entry fees, loading fees, service fees, and other customary fees and charges. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to verify fees charged by QUICK AUCTION prior to incurring such charges. All fees and charges are subject to change without notice. Payment for vehicles must be made within 4 business days following purchase of vehicle. Vehicles not paid for within the above-specified timeframe will be subject to a storage Fee of 100AED per vehicle per day. If the buyer is not able to pay the complete amount of the vehicle(s) purchased within 4 days, it will be subject to a penalty of losing the complete deposit made by the buyer upon registration. QUICK AUCTION in its sole discretion reserves the right to waive any penalties or late fees. Deposit payments made towards placing a bid on a vehicle can be paid by credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer. Payment for vehicles purchased must be paid by bank wire transfer, cash, credit/debit card or by cheque. QUICK AUCTION will absolutely not accept any letters of credit, certified or otherwise,
Members agree and acknowledge that if a member makes payment by credit/debit card, a fee of 2.5% will be applied to his or her credit/debit card.
4. Terms of Use of our Web site
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and QUICK AUCTION. By accessing, browsing, or using this Web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Web site.

3. DEALER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
If a particular Service requires you to open an account, you will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information. A user id number generated by QUICK AUCTION will be sent to you via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and for all activities which take place under your account, including buy now and Virtual Bids. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will QUICK AUCTION be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.
3.1 You acknowledge only one account is allowed per dealer, insurance company, scrap company and bank in QUICK AUCTION’s system. Your account is not transferable. Under no circumstances shall you allow or permit any other person or third party, including without limitation any person under the age of 18 to use or re-use your account or your identifiers without your written consent. Any person found to have violated this section will be subject to having his or her account(s) cancelled at our sole discretion. More importantly, any person found to have violated this section may be reported to the relevant authorities for criminal prosecution. We also reserve the right to institute civil proceedings against you and/or the offending third party(ies) for violation of the terms of this section and all damages related thereto.
4. USE OF WEBSITE
4.1 You acknowledge that all information, text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, moving images, videos, sounds, illustrations and other materials ("the Content"), whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, are the sole property of QUICK AUCTION. We do not control or endorse the Content by third parties and cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content and you acknowledge that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that is offensive and/or indecent. QUICK AUCTION will not be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any Content transmitted via the Services and you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such Content.
4.2 In using the Website/Services you agree not to:
Use the Services to send junk email, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other unsolicited messages, commercial or otherwise to QUICK AUCTION;
Use any information or material in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights of QUICK AUCTION;
Make available or upload files that contain a virus, worm, Trojan or corrupt data that may damage the operation of the computer or property of QUICK AUCTION;
Impersonate QUICK AUCTION for the purpose of misleading others;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Use the Website/Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website/Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website/Services;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website/Services through hacking, password mining or any other means.

We have the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the Website/Services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website/Services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported out of United Arab Emirates in which you reside and with all local laws and rules regarding acceptable use of and conduct on the Internet.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website and the Services) are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights and laws. In accessing the Website, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold QUICK AUCTION harmless from and against any breach by you of these Terms of Use and any claim or demand brought against QUICK AUCTION by any third party arising out of your use of the Services, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by QUICK AUCTION in consequence of your breach of these Terms of Use.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.2. QUICK AUCTION will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website/Services.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ajman and the Federal laws of United Arab Emirates and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ajman.

QUICK AUCTION and the QUICK AUCTION logo, are trade-marks of Quick auction FZC. You agree not to display or use in any manner the logo of QUICK AUCTION without express written permission from QUICK AUCTION.
14. COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
The Content on QUICK AUCTION is protected by various copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, republish or redistribute any Content, including, but not limited to, caching, framing and similar means, without express written permission by QUICK AUCTION.
5. PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BPP (BUYER’S PROTECTION PROGRAM)
The BPP is offered on purchases of any items listed for sale on www.quickauction.ae. Under the BPP, QUICK AUCTION pledges that for vehicles that are purchased for less than AED 75,000:
The year, make, and model are correct as listed in QUICK AUCTION's vehicle description
The vehicle images represent the general appearance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the time of receipt of the vehicle by QUICK AUCTION
The odometer reading for vehicle(s) is accurate, where provided
Valid legal ownership will be passed to you
The ownership documents you receive will match the Title /Type description listed on www.quickauction.com
If you pay QUICK AUCTION, you are guaranteed to receive the vehicle
You will be able to pay for and retrieve any vehicle purchased by you during QUICK AUCTION regular business hours up to a half hour prior to close
The vehicle’s running condition has been accurately classified according to criteria for those programs as at the date of receipt of the vehicle

In the event any of the conditions above are not met, QUICK AUCTION will refund the purchase price and all buyer fees, subject to the limitations below.
LIMITATIONS
The following are some examples of situations that are not covered by BPP:
Damage occurring after you, your agent, representative, shipping company or transporter removes the vehicle from QUICK AUCTION’s facility, or damage occurring after QUICK AUCTION or a shipping company (even if hired through QUICK AUCTION’s website) delivers a vehicle to you
Cosmetic damage, such as paint or external surface rust
Damage that would not be visible in a digital image of a vehicle
Damage that cannot be verified by QUICK AUCTION
Sending a non-refundable deposit for a vehicle and not receiving the vehicle, or a refund, because you chose to not complete the transaction or pay the remaining balance for any reason
Punitive claims, lost profits, loss of work, or restocking costs
Buyer's remorse
8. Any damage or listing discrepancies that were disclosed to you prior to acceptance of the vehicle
Any damage that could have been discovered upon a reasonable inspection if you or your agent, paid for and picked up the vehicle in person
Any damage that does not impact the safety or operability of the vehicle
Repairs or alterations made by you to the vehicle without the written consent of QUICK AUCTION
Inspection costs, warranty fees or any other fees or expenses that are not expressly covered under these Terms and Conditions
QUICK AUCTION is not responsible for any outside services transport fees incurred by buyer.
CLAIMS
You must submit your claim within the time frames set forth below. A vehicle will be deemed to have been “delivered” to you when either:
1. you, your agent, employee, or your transportation company removes the vehicle from QUICK AUCTION’s premises, or
the vehicle is delivered to you by QUICK AUCTION through local ground or ocean transport services.
CLAIMS SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The year, make, and model are not correct as listed in QUICK AUCTION's vehicle description. One business day after taking possession.
The vehicle images do not represent the appearance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the time of purchase. One business day after delivery, if delivered by QUICK AUCTION, or before removal from QUICK AUCTION's yard if collected by you or anyone else.
The odometer reading, where stated by QUICK AUCTION, for vehicles not accurate. One business day after delivery, if delivered by QUICK AUCTION, or before removal from QUICK AUCTION’s yard if collected by you or anyone else.
If the vehicle’s running condition has not been accurately classified. One business day after delivery, if delivered by QUICK AUCTION, or before removal from QUICK AUCTION’s yard if collected by you or anyone else.
If you pay QUICK AUCTION, but you did not receive the vehicle.
30 days after auction sale date.
Any areas not covered under the claim’s submission deadline with regards to purchase will fall under ‘as is, where is’.
MISSCELEANIOUS
QUICK AUCTION may terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions with or without notice to you. The terms of the LIMITATIONS, CLAIMS & CLAIMS SUBMISSION DEADLINE specified, at the time that you purchased your vehicle, will apply. It is your responsibility t>o periodically review these Terms and Conditions to ensure you are familiar with any changes and thecurrent policies.
